Welcome to the assessment pages for your company where you will discover a little more about yourself and your management style.

 The next step is for you to complete a matrix of assessments which are detailed below with descriptions, estimated time taken, where to go to administer them and a test preparation platform for you to practice before completing the assessments.

You would already have or about to have the access and login details for the assessments  sent to you. The details your receive will be needed to login to the assessment site. Most find it easier to copy and paste for accuracy.

 The plan is for you to complete the assessments as soon as is possible and preferably no later than within 48 hours of this email and then the report will be forwarded to the Human Resource department of Monklands, and Heilbronn’s You will also be offered a debrief session with a consultant qualified in psychometric assessments.

 The assessment(s) you will be completing:

1)            FFM-NeoPI (120 items, Non timed) – The five-factor model of personality (FFM) is a set of five broad trait dimensions or domains, often referred to as the “Big Five”: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism (sometimes named by its polar opposite, Emotional Stability), and Openness to Experience (sometimes named Intellect). It is used extensively for recruitment, professional development and team building.

 2)            Qualitative / Verbal reasoning test (70 item, Timed) – consists of two types of verbal reasoning questions. The first is where you will be given passages of texts to read, and must answer questions based on this. The second will present you with a flow chart detailing a task or review and again, you must answer questions relating to this information.

 3)            Abstract Reasoning (40 item, Timed) – This consists of non-verbal diagrams where you will need to identify the relationship between each diagram and choose the missing one. This is similar to deductive reasoning tests and has a multiple-choice format.

 4)            Quantitative Reasoning (60 item, Timed) – This test will determine your numerical skills and ability to handle mathematical concepts. Quantitative reasoning is another term used to describe numerical reasoning.

 To assist with familiarity to the questions please go to the Test Grid site and complete the practice questionnaires.

Please go to the Psychview Solutions Assessment Site and Enter your Login and Password, if provided, or Register your Login Details.

Once logged In the instructions will take you through the process.

Ensure you select one assessment at a time and follow instructions to complete it. You cannot pause an assessment once it commences and it must be complete.

Remember to allocate uninterrupted time as timing is strict.

We appreciate there is a lot to do, but please try to complete the online assessments when you have an uninterrupted time-space and able to give your best concentration.
